All welding activities are performed by qualified welders operating under approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). Welding qualifications and welder certifications are maintained in accordance with IS, ASME, and EN ISO standards.

Material traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process using Oracle ERP integration and PMI verification systems. Every material can be traced from raw material receipt to final dispatch, ensuring complete transparency and compliance.

To further strengthen our quality assurance process, we have established a dedicated Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) Department.

Before shipment, every product undergoes comprehensive verification covering:

Products approved through the PDI process are identified with dedicated PDI labels, confirming compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.

Additionally, finished goods processing can only proceed after successful completion of all mandatory quality checkpoints. Oracle ERP controls ensure that invoicing and dispatch activities cannot be initiated until the product has successfully passed all inspection stages.

Our Quality Control division is responsible for inspection, testing, verification, and compliance monitoring throughout the manufacturing process. Every product undergoes detailed evaluation before approval for dispatch.
